Shift Console With PTO Kickout
Kicks the PTO out of gear automatically when the control lever for the dump
pump is put into the "lower" position, thus reducing the possibility of
running down the road with the PTO in gear. It also feathers, allowing for
precise control of the dump body. The unit's compact size allows it to be
mounted almost anywhere in the cab, including under the left side of the
driver's seat. The 997-01043 assembly includes the console, feathering air
shift valve with push-in fittings for controlling the dump pump, air shift
valve for the PTO, PTO indicator light, and tubing.

Shift Console With Cutout For Air Shift PTO Valve
Allows for air shift valve from either US PTO manufacturer to be mounted
in the console. The dump pump control valve feathers for precise control
of the dump body. The unit's compact size allows it to be mounted almost

Air Shift Cylinder For Dump Pumps
The Permco Air Shift Cylinder is designed to convert a manual shift dump
pump to an air shift dump pump. It can be used on all dump pumps similar
to Permco 's DM-640 remote mount and the DMD-25 direct mount series. Its
compact design allows it to be used with all air shift PTO configurations.
The 997-00971A is extremely easy to install with very few parts and is designed
for the tough service expected on a dump application.
P1229 Air Control Valve for Dump Pump / PTO with Feathering
The P1229 is a single lever, 3 position, stackable air control valve with a push button auxiliary function, capable of shifting both the pump and PTO. Movement of the handle in either direction allows controlled pressure output to work ports 'A' or 'B' respectively, in proportional manner, allowing feathering in the raise and lower position. The PTO is engaged by pulling up on the yellow sleeve and pushing down on the red button located at the top of the lever. The PTO is easily disengaged by pulling upward on the same yellow sleeve.
The P1229 air control valve is available as a valve only or in a kit. The P1229BKIT includes the P1229 valve, PP1204 pressure protection valve, and P1229B Bostrom seat bracket, tubing and fittings.
P1202 Air Valve with Feathering
The P1202 single
lever, 3 position feathering air valve is designed to control the raise, hold,
and lower actuation of an air shift dump pump. The dump body can be feathered
in the down position to control the speed at which the bed lowers. The outer
sleeve on the lever is locked into a slot on the valve body when it is in
the neutral position to prevent accidental activation. The P1202 is available
as a valve only or in a kit. The P1202KIT includes the P1202 valve, PP1204
pressure protection valve, and the U-1202-1203 tubing and fitting kit.
P1203 Air Valve with Feathering and Automatic PTO Kick-Out
The P1203 dual
lever, Pump /PTO feathering air control valve is designed to control engagement
and disengagement of the PTO with one lever and the raise, hold and position
of the air shift dump pump with another lever. Both levers are detented in
the neutral position to prevent accidental activation. When the pump lever
is placed into the full lower position the PTO lever automatically moves into
the disengaged position, thus disengaging the PTO because it is normally no
longer needed. The 3 position lever which controls the air shift dump pump
can be feathered in the down position to control the speed at which the dump
body lowers. The P1203 valve is available as a valve only or in a kit. The
P1203KIT includes the P1203 valve, PP1204 pressure protection valve, and the
U-1202-1203 tubing and fitting kit.

a feathering air valve for panel or pedestal mount. The handle is spring centered
and detented. The kit includes the valve, tubing, and fittings.
